I view this project as a very big learning opportunity. I haven’t taken any art classes since elementary school so everything we learned in this module was new to me. I honestly was frightened by this project and the exercises we did with it because I didn’t think I would be drawing so much in design classes. I aimed to learn as much as I could because I knew that these skills would be foundational for all of my future design projects and I wanted to be able to build on them. I wanted to create a room with a funky vibe, but also be realistic about what I could draw because I am a beginner. The funky vibe is created through the curvy artwork that is hung on the wall and the jellyfish because they add a whimsical and carefree motion to the room. I added my own personal guinea pig cage that I have at my house back home because my guinea pigs are one of the most important things to me.
